Regional & City Airports forms strategic partnership with ICG

In August 2025, Regional & City Airports announced that it has entered into an agreement to partner with global alternative asset manager, ICG. Regional & City Airports is the operator of Bournemouth, Exeter and Norwich Airports and owner and operator of XLR Executive Jet Centres.

We provided vendor due diligence support to Regional & City Airports during this transaction process. The scope of our role included traffic, aeronautical revenue, non-aeronautical revenue, operating expenditure, capacity analysis, capital expenditure plans and ESG (in partnership with the Infrata ESG team).
