Altitude is pleased to have supported the successful £83m re-financing of Leeds Bradford Airport. Altitude’s role included:

Development of independent traffic, revenue, operating cost, capacity, and capital investment costs.

Detailed interaction with prospective lenders.
The refinancing process was completed in January 2019 with £83m subscribed by three banks.
AMP Capital acquired Leeds Bradford from private equity group Bridgepoint in 2017 for GBP 184m with the new debt structure replacing facilities put in place by Bridgepoint prior to the sale in 2017.
Leeds Bradford Airport handled 4.0m passengers in 2018 and is the 15th largest airport in the UK.
