Traffic forecasts for a bidder in a major airport transaction

We have undertaken in-depth traffic forecasts for a bidder in a major airport transaction. These forecasts incorporated a range of demand and supply side factors, including short term airline expansion plans, economic growth, airline fares, airport capacity, development of transfer traffic, competition from local airports and competition from surface modes of transport.

Our forecast outputs included a bridge analysis of the impact of key assumptions in the forecasts. This was supported by comprehensive sensitivity testing.
