Team members have been involved in a diverse mix of strategic and commercial projects for a wide range of clients including airports, airlines, investors, debt providers, government and regulatory bodies. 


Our team experience encompasses ca. 250 airports worldwide. Since the start of 2019, we have undertaken airport projects in Australia, China, India, Malaysia, Brunei, USA, Costa Rica, Brazil, Chile, Peru, Seychelles, Mauritius, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, France, Germany, Italy, UK, Ireland, Greece, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, Turkey, Russia, Serbia, Hungary, Croatia and Bulgaria.

  • Ernst & Young: Managing Consultant leading the Aviation Infrastructure Team on a range of Public Private Partnership (NATS, AirTanker), transactions and process improvement assignments across a range of airport and transport sector clients. 

  • BAA: Senior Project Manager responsible for development and delivery of large infrastructure projects at Heathrow Airport and Stansted Airport from inception to completion.

  • Traffic forecasting and route development.

  • Transaction support, airport tariffs, airline strategy and network planning, economic / competition regulation, development of business plans / business cases. 

Experience

  • AviaSolutions: Director responsible for traffic forecasting and airline support. Led the analytical team. Directly involved in traffic forecasts for more than 100 airports worldwide.

  • Ernst and Young: Senior management consultant within the transport team. Assignments covered the airport, air traffic services, rail and transport regulation.

  • British Airways plc: Various management positions, including Strategy, Network Development, Airport Operations and Alliances / Mergers & Acquisitions departments.

  • BSc. Hons (1st Class) Mathematics – University of Liverpool

  • Forecasting and financial analysis of transactions.

Experience

  • Macquarie: Analysis of a traders deal proposals and recommendations to senior management.  Sole responsibility for all market risk analysis for four trading desks, total revenue in excess of GBP50m. Negotiation on relevant risk limits with the desk and senior management.

  • Defence, Science and Technology Laboratory, Porton Down: Computer modelling of high energy impacts. Analysis of Urgent Operational Requirements (UORs) under tight deadlines, during live conflicts in both Afghanistan and Iraq. Report writing and presentations to middle ranking military officers.
