On behalf of a shareholder, Altitude reviewed and challenged the business plan of a leading airport. The business plan had been produced by management and covered both the short and long term.
We worked with the client to identify and quantify opportunities to outperform the existing management plan. This included operating cost opportunities based on benchmarking of good practice at peer airports.
We also identified some risks to the forecast growth in commercial revenues and recommended amendments to the phasing of planned changes in the aeronautical tariff.
Shareholders are now working with management to deliver some of the identified improvements.
